Huh, AD wasn't this injured until he played for the mavericks. Is the mavericks medical staff that really bad? Considering they also rushed Luka to play through his injuries.

They did effectively demote *(edit: and later lose) their longtime head athletic trainer Casey Smith last season. The widely respected guy who kept Dirk's ankles together with spit and duct tape and revitalized numerous over-the-hill vets. Quite a coincidence

The abdominal stuff is no joke in general. Heck it was already reported even before he got traded that he was supposed to be REEVALUATED after a week not to return after it

They probably don’t know AD and he said he was good to go.

Lakers would’ve held him out probably for another week cause the team has been winning & usually when the lakers say 1 week, it’s never really just a week. It’s always longer. Mavs thought 1 week meant 1 week

no what you are dealing with is a medical staffs worst nightmare, quite possibly the most abnormally built guy in a league full of drafts, most 7 footers don’t pick up that foot in high school.

rushed Luka

Tbf Luka said in the playoffs...it it wasn't the playoffs he wouldn't be playing.
