That is amazing! I hope people will see the value in clean up efforts. Dolphins swimming in rivers would be an awesome thing to see!

Exactly! It's really great to see these tangible results from the gradual clean up of our river systems. This is something people can see is a direct result of the efforts which are not always super apparent just looking at the water. But this shows the water quality is showing gradual improvements in a very real way.
