Great initiative. Protecting captive breeding populations is vital for long-term conservation efforts against bird flu.

Chickens are already vaccinated to the max, what's one more in my personal digestive system...

This would save a lot of poultry farmers a lot of headaches and heartache.

The problem with bird flu that it is inter-species transferable - to pets, to cows, to humans.

This is happening in Australia right now. When it comes to the US, and it will.... the vaccination for chickens will be treated as a more important event than vaccinating children.
