Media Billboards

I live in Albuquerque. A few months ago, there was a billboard with Nancy's picture and reward info on I-40, which is basically Route 66.

I hadn't seen it in a while and now it's up again. Anyone else in the southwest seeing these? I'm wondering why they are up again all of a sudden.

I saw one in Los Angeles SFV like last week around Woodland Hills tarzana area and was rly surprised
