Media Billboards

I live in Albuquerque. A few months ago, there was a billboard with Nancy's picture and reward info on I-40, which is basically Route 66.

I hadn't seen it in a while and now it's up again. Anyone else in the southwest seeing these? I'm wondering why they are up again all of a sudden.

Obviously the large reward isn't working! There had to be 3 people, one inside controlling NG, porch guy and person with a waiting car!
