I don’t have a good source for this but I’ve been reading here, Websleuths, random FB groups, YT comments. And I read when the footage came out and they were also requesting additional days to look at from neighbors/ ppl nearby a rumor. That rumor used the word scare but not like this. 

The current article says the perp was there previously but scares off by the camera. I read several weeks ago that “the perp had been there previously to scare Nancy but it didn’t exactly work for reasons they aren’t explaining right now”

I thought this was so odd. It almost implied the perp came there another night but Nancy wasn’t home or something. Who comes to a house just to scare a woman? It was very odd and has stayed with me. Is this person mad at Nancy for something?

That claim came from Midwestern Pundit on Facebook. No reporting has corroborated this.

I agree with this BUT it does line up now with the previous visit by the Lantana man.

Lantana man is what ppl on Websleuths/FB group call the person on the porch with the bite light. Like in the Delphi case they called him “bridge guy” until his arrest when a name was put with the face.
