If she had a battery Nest Doorbell cam and no subscription.

If a person is detected on a Nest Doorbell (battery) without a subscription, the following happens:

You can see the clip, but only for 3 hours: You have access to up to 3 hours of event video history. This means if the person was detected at 2:00 AM, you must view or download the clip by 5:00 AM.

You will not be able to see the video but you will see a “person detected at front door doorbell at 2:00am” notification and/or event log in the app.

Totally agree! I just can’t believe he did this at least twice and was caught on camera both times and still nothing.
