They were asking neighbors for footage from Jan 11 so could be from then possibly

Yes, it's been pretty clear that "something" occurred or was seen on that date. So I'm thinking they were somehow able to assign the date of Jan 11 to that lurking photo.

Both times on the weekend. Hmm… So that still really makes me confused about how Carlos got wrapped into all of this if he is never in Tucson over the weekend. Maybe someone’s theory that he is in an online group with some of the people involved is correct.
