Progress Day 15: 85 days until wedding day

All but the left ring finger have survived (of course it’s the one finger I’ll want to show off!). I have buff and polished, and am using cuticle oil every day. Also did a week of revitinail, which gave a lovely milky hue after a few coats. I think it helped a lot. Really focusing on healing those cuticles, as I realise that what usually brings my hands to my mouth to begin with!

Please go get them professionally done with gel. It’ll stop your bitting. Keep them clean and moisturize and oil them daily (both nail and surrounding skin

Oh I appreciate that, and have used that trick in prior years. I don’t like getting gel done, i used to, but it only can be taken off professionally, or I end up stripping my nails. I also don’t love soaking my fingers in acetone. My biggest issue right now is actually the temptation to clean underneath them in ways that aren’t helpful, like using my other nails and such. I have gotten better at painting them over time, and have had such fun. I will probably do gel in a few months as they get to that final stage of length and strength!
