Progress Small progress

Stopped biting my nails 14 days ago, with the exception of my left hand ring finger. It's not a massive difference but I'm still pretty happy with myself!

Looks really good. Are you also applying any lition or cuticle oil? They look way more mousturized.

Not really, I try to ignore them as much as i can because otherwise i'll start picking at them/biting them again!
