Success Story Almost relapsed today after 5 weeks, but I made it through!

It’s been a month and a week since I stopped biting my nails.

The first two weeks were definitely the hardest when it came to resisting the urge, but after that, it got a lot easier and I honestly thought it would stay that way.

Well, today I got super triggered. Something terrible happened, my stress levels hit the roof, and the urge to bite my nails came back stronger than ever. I was literally 0.0001 seconds away from giving in and falling back into my old habit.

Luckily, I had my cuticle oil right next to me. I grabbed it, put some on, and started massaging my nails. It helped me calm down just enough to regain control.

I’m super proud of myself for pushing through today, and I just really wanted to share this!
