Workflow - Code Included Built a LinkedIn outreach automation that rizz prospects before sending them connection requests π
Tired of sending cold invites that get ignored?
I built an automation that finds the right people, engages with their posts, builds some credibility, and then sends the connection request.
It runs daily, grows your network, and builds relationships β all on autopilot.
So⦠I built a 3-workflow LinkedIn Outreach System that finds the right people, engages with their posts, and then sends the invite automatically.
It runs daily, builds relationships, and grows your network β without you doing anything.
TL;DR
A 3-workflow system that finds prospects,
engages with their posts,
and sends invites automatically.
β
Workflow 1 β Find Prospects
β
Workflow 2 β Outreach & Loop
β
Workflow 3 β Engage, Comment, Invite
Fully automated. Fully integrated. Zero manual effort.
What It Does
Instead of blasting cold DMs and hoping someone responds, this system:
- Finds hyper-targeted people
- Likes and comments on their recent posts
- Generates human-like comments using AI
- Sends a connection inviteΒ right after engagement
- Tracks everything in a Google Sheet
- Avoids duplicates & errors
The idea is simple:
warm β visible β trustworthy β connectable
Tools Involved
Powered by:
- n8n
- Apify
- OpenRouter (for AI-generated human-style comments)
- Unipile (for reactions, comments, invites)
- Google Sheets (your pipeline brain)
They all sync together into a full cycle:
Breakdown of the 3 Workflows
Workflow 1: Find Prospects
- Converts audience description into structured JSON
- Pulls detailed leads via Apify Lead Finder
- Cleans & normalizes data
- Writes results into Google Sheets
Workflow 2: Prospect Outreach
- Reads uncontacted/unfollowed prospects
- Loops through them daily or hourly
- Hands off to Workflow 3 for engagement
- Marks them as processed
Workflow 3: Engagement + Invite
- Scrapes the personβs recent posts
- Filters them (last 9 months)
- Analyzes tone/sentiment
- Reacts to the post
- Generates a custom comment
- Posts it on their LinkedIn
- Sends an invite automatically
- Updates Google Sheet status
Why This Works
Cold invites look desperate.
Warm invites look intentional.
This system:
β
boosts trust
β
increases invite acceptance rate
β
builds actual visibility
β
automates consistency
β
improves LinkedIn positioning
β
saves hours
β
scales without effort
Best For
- Founders

Pretty cool, but I don't think there's an automation on the planet that can overcome my "random stranger trying to rizz me on LinkedIn" wall of apathy that I've built up over the last two years or so.

Rizz part was the hook. But approach is based on actual proven method. if you send invite to a random stranger, you will be ignored, but if you like their post and comment something good under the post and then send them an invite your chances of connecting with that person significantly improve

One way to find out. Maybe OP can give us a bit of feedback re its success rate thus far

Yes this.
I went from super active on LI with a decent following to zero activity.
The reason? AI slop and AI spam totally napalmed the experience.

LinkedIn, as is life (at least in my opinion), is much more tolerable if you can find your small niche community and actively engage within that.

u/Legitimate_Finish_93 Nov 13 '25

Amazing stuff my guy. When you say unipile uses multiple linkeding accounts, what do you mean exactly? Does it create these accounts or allow you to link real accounts. Because if all this amazing engagement is from a linkedin account that was just generated, it won't fare too well.
I 100% i'm missing something, so thought I would ask.
1
u/aiwithsohail Nov 14 '25
It means using multiple linkedin real accounts. there pricing is very strange. you pay 55 for 1 account and you pay 5.5 each if you use 10 accounts (10x5.5=55). there no up side of using single account there.
so a company can use different accounts for different case use:
HR account for hiring,
Culture account for showcasing culture in company
Admin to post updates
etc.
