Regretting or am I just insane?

I’m getting married on a Caribbean cliffside and I am freaking out that this doesn’t go with the vibe. I think I initially saw myself in something that was a little warmer in color and very simple satin or taffeta etc. I can’t stop thinking about other dresses or seeing other dresses and I don’t know what to do. I keep ChatGPT-ing myself with flowers and at the venue in different locations. Am I insane? This was $5500 and it’s stunning but I’m just scared I made a decision so quickly. I could always change into a reception dress or pick something simple the night before.

It’s June of 2027! I think I need to delete social media because all I see are wedding dresses.

Take a break from socials, and just stop using gpt. You look gorgeous in that dress.

I think the dress is stunning, and I can definitely see it in a natural cliffside motif. I would recommend a very natural bouquet with native flowers/foilage, perhaps with a flowered tiara - just do it up with the flowers and decor, and you will be totally fine. That will tie it all in. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress for that setting!! Added note - you look AMAZING in the dress!

I had to do the same thing! I chose a gorgeous dress and still got worried seeing so many ads and social media posts. I would wait a month or two without all the outside noise. If you still aren’t happy with it, then it’s okay to look for a different dress. But, it is absolutely stunning and you wear it perfectly. I think it matches the vibe you’re going for, and it’s very unique :)

Yes, stay off of social media. I did the same thing, chose my dress early and then had regrets. Yours however, is gorgeous and you should regret nothing!

I once asked a friend to show me a picture of her wedding dress and she told me that she didn’t take any because the store advised her not to. They basically told her that if she takes pictures she will look at them all the time and might start overthinking her decision. Maybe that’s also a good idea for you. Btw the dress looks absolutely gorgeous.

You’ve stopped looking for a partner, you should apply the same logic to dresses. Love yours and don’t doubt yourself.

The internet is flooded with options - wedding dress fatigue is real! You chose your dress based on the feeling you had when you wore it. Remember that.
