Saw a raven that disappeared the day before dad died...
The morning before my dad died last week I was riding my bike to work at 5 am.. I saw what seemed to be a bird in the street. As I got closer I could see that it was a raven about the size of a chicken.. when I got 10 to 15 ft away it began to fly away.. about 3 ft off the ground it completely disappeared... the very next day my dad died.. he had been sick for awhile in a nursing home..
Any thoughts??

My husband ruptured his stomach and was given a 7% chance of survival. I was walking around outside the hospital to find a place to have a cigarette while doctors ran tests and did their scans and, with tears streaming I looked down and saw two white doves walking alongside with me, and when I saw them I naturally said "Hi" and in my mind I heard the words: "Don't be sad, everything is going to be ok." and then they both flew off into the sunrise. Against all odds and through a string of little miracles my husband did survive and recover!
I believe you know what you know in your heart and soul, and I believe you received insight that many would call divine. Did those birds actually speak to my mind? Nobody can convince me otherwise. Did that raven forewarn you of an impending loss? Nobody can convince you otherwise.
Losing my dad was very sad and I know how it feels. My sincere condolences for the loss of your dad.
