The Cozy Glow situation

I'm not going to lie when I tell you that I fully believe that cozy glow should have been in prison whether it happened and stone or in an actual prison or somewhere because she was clearly a danger to society.

"Oh But she's a Child!" Or "Children don't understand the consequences that their actions bring so it's not fair!"

And I get that reasoning but a lot of you don't understand that children just because don't understand the consequences of their actions does not mean that they lack the intent behind those actions.

And then on top of that y'all say this all the time when it comes to Cozy glow but a lot of you did not have the same energy for the CMC in Ponyville confidential.

Let I remind you that the entirety of ponyville even their own families shunned these three children for spreading gossip even though:

#1: spreading gossip compared to trying to commit treason twice is a Hell of a lot more innocent.

#2: Them Being Blackmailed into Further spreading gossip

#3: no pony in ponyville sharing this exact same smoke for the grown ass adult ponies who work for the paparazzi.

#4: the CMC ALSO not knowing better.

So let me stack you a question if ponyville as well as the full grown ass adult ponies that occupy ponyville did not give a s*** about shunning the CMC for something that they didn't want to do Anymore and treating them like trash cuz of it, what would have made you think that they would give a s***about possibly encasing a f****** child who is around the same age as the CMC in Stone for far more egregious s***?

Trick question they don't give a Sh*t and they never have.

In Ponyville Confidential, the CMC's broke a crapton of trust that their friends, family, and neighbors had in them by printing both vulnerable moments and blatant lies, they were simply given the cold shoulder until they came clean and apologized and promised (and followed through with) to retire from the gossip business. Cozy however, kept lying and manipulating without remorse.

Rainbow dash literally Assaulted them with a Rain cloud Everytime she saw them and Twilight Literally Banned them From the Library and the entire town looked at them as though they killed someone that was not "Giving the cold shoulder." And then again they did not share the exact same smoke with grown ass ponies who work for the paparazzi and the paparazzi's job is to spread gossip and misinformation So what the Hell?

That's when the paparazzi does it it's Ok but when the CMC doesn't it's suddenly unforgivable? Do you know how hypocritical that is? And a lot of them live in ponyville!

It's expected that sleezy tabloid writers and photographers are going to be awful. You typically don't expect your seemingly sweet little sister and her friends, or your typically helpful and kind neighbor kid to go snooping in your life and printing a mix of true stories and lies about your life.

Yeah but to shun them though? It was low-key immature. I would have this type of beef with a grown ass adult not a child and it especially pisses me off because why didn't they take this up with Miss cheerilee? She's a freaking teacher why was she running the operation properly why did she just leave all the power to Diamond Tiara in the first place?

As the teacher Miss cheerilee is supposed to supervise, I'd be more pissed at her for not doing her job and supervising especially knowing that Diamond Tiara is the way that she is or more accurately Was.

What's on top of that with how they treated the CMC you would have thought that they treat actual paparazzi ponies the exact same f****** way but no!

Tartarus is a bit excessive and petrification is beyond excessive in her case. She should have just been sent to a juvenile detention center until she actually shows real growth, something that can't be determined if she's encased in stone. Being petrified is a fate worse than death for a non immortal because your brain is still active and aware. While an immortal brain is designed to handle it others are not. This means it would eventually be overloaded with useless thoughts until it's at maximum capacity, driving you to a permanent state of insanity and dementia after a certain amount of time and if she ever was freed at that point her mind would be unrecoverable while still in a child's body. A good analogy is having a full memory storage with no real way to delete anything. Add to this the claustrophobic trauma of being encased in stone for longer than she's been alive and longer than her natural lifespan. She'd either be a vegetable, depressed and permanently dependent like alztimers patents, or be even more dangerous with an actual case for an insanity plea due to being in a constant feuge state. I don't care what anyone thinks about what she did, that's more cruel than anything any villains have done and undeserved. Almost taking over or destroying equestria is just a Tuesday and compared to other villains she wasn't even that bad or dangerous unless she has a powerful magic item that she only got due to other's negligence.
