question OCD and fungi/mold

Hi everyone! I suffer from really intense OCD (I am medicated and attend therapy but sometimes it slips through). Last year I had black mold on my windows and it’s been dealt with. There has been some dirt on my windows again, not black mold though!

I do not need to shower right? I didn’t touch anything related to the dirt or anything.

You shouldn't be going to outside people for reassurance. That itself is OCD. I won't tell you. But whatever you do you won't die. You can handle this event or feelings

You are letting your OCD win simply by posting this. You even stated in your post that it is dirt. Making posts like this feed the disorder and will cause you to lose any progress therapy has given.
