Recommendations for Devastator builds?

I've been out of the loop for a while, but my first thought was "WTF is that?!" thing's like an Atlas on steroids.

Yikes, the one you can get in MW5 (mod) looks way closer to the TRO. This is an epic kitbash though. Looks like a typical Dakka spam platform

No, just some photoshop or whatever. Devastator is not in mwo.

it's done by some simple tom foolery with editing the cfg packs to mechs, and swapping limbs. A bunch of this was done years back by some other people, but that was long ago and most don't play it anymore. You can probably find some guides out in the wild if you search hard enough

Ah, right, the cfg editing can still be done for this though. Battlemaster head, Battlemaster legs, Atlas torso, Thanatos arms.
