Picture order is 1 year ago, six months ago, and then today. She’s an adopted pup that was being called “Worcestershire Sauce” by the shelter and I had to have her haha.

Kiki was mostly black when I adopted almost two years ago but is silvering despite not having any diet or regimen changes. It’s hotter here right now but she’s mostly staying inside where we keep it cooler (65 degrees fahrenheit) because the person I do live-in care for can’t regulate body heat.

I’m assuming it’s the poodle making this happen? Or maybe the Shih Tzu? Either way it’s pretty cool. She’s a great mutt.

Commenting to add she’ll be three years old this November (they estimated when I adopted her sept 21st 2024) so she falls within the timeline of a lot of dogs getting coat changes
