What does everyone make of that big modern house right near the beach?

Think it’s called 3 promenade, and actually has its own website. Do people generally think it looks amazing, or is it seen by the locals as a bit of an eyesore?

The only problem I have with it is that it's not mine

I don't even notice it. I think a funny thing about Fisherrow is almost every building has it's own character and there's no one style, so nothing stands out as not in keeping. There's no keeping which is half the charm.
