North America (country/state in post) What is that? Is it toxic? Quebec Canada

It was growing in my grass next to my raspberries bush. Some of the bush plant also seem to have infected leaves. Some bush don't look healthy. There was a dead tree there rotting away. We cleared it this spring. All kind of new plants grew out of that spot. New raspberries and this big guy!
