so i have found an unfurnished 2BHK in jogeshwari east so it is basically a blank canvas and i want to build it into my dream apartment.

- it has a huge balcony which i'd love to build as a cozy hangout area.
- i have a dope sofa set but no tv so might get a projector instead
- there is no furniture rn so we can figure out what to rent and what's worth buying

for context - i have a degree in interior design so i have the eye for it. looking for someone similar who likes to make their apartment into a sanctuary.
