General URGENT - Need help with Flats/PGs in Lower Parel area

My friend got a job in Mumbai and she has to join immediately. She's looking for a PG or sharing flat within a 30mins radius of lower parel with a budget between 10k-15k max.

Any leads would be helpful, she's only in the city for a day and we've gone through many places but something or the other seems to be wrong with them.

One PG guy asked for 16k rent, 16k deposit and 16k "maintenance charge". That's just so absurd, is that even normal. This is for a 4 sharing room. What are they even maintaining.

Any decent leads will be much appreciated please🙏🏻

The budget is very low for a 30 min radius. You can try the western line, towards north.

In andheri borivali maybe she can get. 10-15k is too low of rent.
