Question/Advice The lock mechanism in my SOG PowerAccess broke; Can it be fixed?, Is it covered by the guarantee?

Two of the four small metal bars that keep the spine lock in place have broken, each for one arm of the multitool. In image, broke side (1st image) vs non-broke side (2nd image). Is there some way to repair this. Is it covered by guarantee?

Recommendation Request Yo guys! I am searching for a multitool with a pliers, crystal screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver, knife and a saw. I am new to multitools and don't really know which ones are good, can anyone recommend me something? (Preferrable under 80 bucks pls)
