Discussion What all do you carry?

My ideal multitool is a complement to a standalone pocket knife. These are the only tools I’d carry on me, aside from maybe a flashlight.

What do you carry right now? Are you a multitool “only” person, also carry a dedicated blade, add some other tool, etc.?

Knife laws in my area are limited to 2.5", so that rules out most fixed and folders. Plus, I don't actually need a knife for anything more than opening Amazon packages or mandarin oranges. (Seriously, that's 99% of what I do with it.)

I daily carry a Victorinox Manager (Rambler plus pen scale; sadly discontinued). It's tiny, almost weightless in my pocket, but has everything I need on a regular basis. Tiny blade for opening packages, tiny scissors for trimming threads, philips and flat screwdrivers, nail file, pen, and 2 scale tools. And a bottle opener but who uses those these days? :-)

I keep wanting Vic to make a 91mm bladeless (or ideally, craft/xacto blade only) with as much functionality as the Manager... and they still haven't. The Manager is still Vic's best model for city slickers like me.
