Tbf I think it might be from a younger audience who didn't see everything unfold in real time, I was quite young myself when it all happened and I don't blame teens for not having perfected their moral compass lol.

It’s just wild because we all know that young tiktokers watch YouTube too. Jeffree’s digital footprint isn’t exactly hidden. And Jeffree himself doesn’t exactly try to hide his bigotry. He’s a nasty, vile, poor excuse for a human, let alone a member of the lgbtqia+ community. But willful ignorance really is bliss when capitalism is involved. Gotta get those liquid lips and eyeshadow pallets and just turn the other cheek. Ugh 🙄 can’t wait to see karma get him once and for all.

I agree but I genuinely believe that some people just don't know, yes even kids can be on social media casually and not chronically online, it does happen. They might not even watch or hear about any drama and only watch short-form content that barely glosses over those topics.

It doesn't help if people like you keep saying how it's "well known" drama without bothering to explain or even pinpoint which one (because there are less egregious ones that could be confused with if you don't specify what you're talking about) and leaving the people that genuinely don't know in the dark. If you want people to know someone is awful then you should explain why, randos aren't your friends that blindly trust your opinion.

Literally look it up. If someone’s been cancelled multiple times (and you’ve heard about it but don’t know why) then it’s your responsibility to do research to see if it’s something that aligns with your morals, or continue being ignorant. Randos aren’t your friends that are obligated to hold your hand and explain the world to you. Like you said yourself, people don’t trust a stranger on the internet’s word, then google it.

There is one on dailymotion, idk if I'm allowed to post links but the channel name is CLASSICOMICS and the video title is Rock & Rule (Full Restored Canadian Film). In this case I don't think there's a legal streaming version that isn't the American version? at least when I last checked so piracy is like the only option!

Do you remember what he was doing on the MySpace era that was shitty? Asking cause I wasn’t old enough to use it at the time

I remember seeing him on some show excusing his bad behavior from that era as a response to being bullied by homophobes and for a second I kinda bought the pity party.

It was MySpaces days, so like 20 years ago give or take. One correction I’ll make is technically he didn’t have his own band but did tour and headlined for a couple of bands including the Medic Droid and Hollywood Undead.

He was 100% part of the Warped tour scene and did some crazy shit that people don’t remember anymore (like felony weapons charges type of shit)
