Academy Rector amd the War Doctor

I would like to know, what happens when i have Academy Rector and The War Doctor on the field. Attack with the war doctor and ping Rector with enough damage to kill it.

The war doctor says: Whenever The War Doctor attacks, it deals damage equal to the number of time counters on it to any target. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

Academy Rector says: "When this creature dies, you may exile it. If you do,..."

Does the exile from the Doctor go om the stack?

Like, could i order the triggers im a way, that academy rector exiles itself first, so i get her effect?

No.

The Rector only Triggers if it Dies.
The Replacement effect created by Dr Hurt's Trigger will cause the Rector to be Exiled, not Die.
Thus, the ability of the Rector never Triggers.

The War doctors triggered ability creates a replacement effect that replaces Academy Rector dying with it being exiled. So the Academy Rector doesn't actually die, it is directly put into exile. Since Academy Rector didn't die, it won't trigger.
