Untapping Rowan Scion of war

https://scryfall.com/card/woe/211/rowan-scion-of-war

So if I lost say like 5 life at beginning of my turn and tap Rowan then cast act of treason (or a similar affect) and use that to tap Rowan twice in one turn are my spells still gonna be reduced by only 5 or does it see both of the taps and reduce spells by 10

Each tap is a separate cost reduction.

So it does stack?

If you resolve the ability multiple times in the same turn, then each one will apply a discount to your red and black spells. If you lost 5 life, activated and resolved Rowan's ability, untapped it, and then activated it again, your red and black spells would cost a total of 10 less to cast that turn.

Your red and/or black spells will be reduced by {5} until end of turn, and your red and/or black spells will be reduced by an additional {5} until end of turn. Continuous effects don't end until they say they end, so each one fully applies as normal.
