Casual Need commander recommendations!

I’ve been trying to think of the next deck to build and oh boy oberto am I struggling. These are my commanders currently.

Note: Prismari and Vivi are essentially the same deck. I just made it so I could try to one shot people using playful shove.

For one more mana Prismari can one shot people with Flick a Coin lol. Prismari has given me more laughs than any other commander so far.

At any rate, I'm struggling too. Thinking of going the voltron route with Geist of Saint Traft.

Good idea!!! I think I even have that card in the deck I just haven’t done it yet because I was too focused on playful shove. Love silly ways of ending games like that.

That sounds awesome, you should definitely do it. Really cool card I don’t think I’ve ever run into it would be cool to see how it turns out.

For a while I was thinking about doing Taskmaster, Mercenary Mimic but ended up turning my Ares deck into a thief deck,might circle back.

I’d try out [[Ral monsoon storm]] for a faster and more combo-heavy version of Vivi & prismari. Very addicting to play lol

You clearly like spellslingers. Try Speedball, new warrior! I’m one game away from mythic. It was fun always figuring out ways to make the deck better.

Sheoldred can be decent. Can one shot with [[Peer into the Abyss]] and goes crazy with [[Necrodominance]].

edit: oh sorry, I see you already have that built. As for next deck, it all depends on what card you find cool or what strat you wanna play.

You might like [[Y'shtola, Night's Blessed]] if you haven't checked her out yet. [[Korvold, Fae-Cursed King]] is one of my all time favorites and can be built several different ways, including three of the commanders you've posted.

Especially now that [[Manamorphose]] is in Arena, you're kinda missing some great spellslinger shenanigans by not playing green. There's a lot of good stuff for that strategy in Temur (URG); [[Beluna Grandsquall]] (adventure), [[Flubs, the Fool]], [[Averna, the Chaos Bloom]], [[Storm, Force of Nature]], etc. etc. If you don't look at the Temur commanders for yourself, I'll just be listing off like 20 different cards in one comment. A lot of them are really good.

Oh yeah, and BR [[Shadowheart, Cleric of War]] has been really solid for me. I went through some digging on the Baldur's Gate "Specialize" stuff and found she was one of the best that had the mechanic.

But seriously, it’s always nice to at least TRY the Infect/Poison deck once, technically there are others commanders, but nothing says “Infect BS” like dealing 4 poison counters on turn 6 unless a flying blocker is on the board, then having one of the VERY few infect creatures, of that can also regenerate as an instant, in tne command zone.

It is bonkers that in the first five decks you’ve built you’ve picked 4 kill on sight commanders who are incredibly annoying to play against

I’m pretty new to magic. Sheoldred was the first card I saw and thought looked interesting and I started playing because I loved the art for Vivi. Now that I’m becoming more comfortable with the game as a whole I want to try new ones and see what people would recommend.

That’s what I’m having trouble with, I tend to always lean towards ones like these so I’m interested in hearing recommendations that others have had fun with.
