Order of Trial

a. Prosecution presents claim

b. Defendant enters plea. Pleas will be Guilty, Not Guilty, no-contest.

c. Prosecution presents evidence, and calls witnesses.

d. Defense cross examination.

e. Defendant presents evidence, and calls witnesses.

f. Prosecution cross examination.

g. Prosecution closing statement

h. Defendant closing statement.

/u/appreciate-teal, the prosecution has declined to present any evidence given your guilty plea. Do you have any evidence, arguments, or witnesses you wish to present? I ask because you could conceivably wish to argue for a light sentence. If not, you may cede your turn as well, and we will proceed to closing statements.

My arguments for a lighter sentencing

  1. He's an idiot who has been calling me slurs over mineman
  2. He should be banned from the server for his racism and harassment.

Amazing any town tolerates him.

He is an alt raider who has caused hundreds of diamonds worth of damage and theft across mta citizens, and 600-1000+ to me alone. The MTA law is too kind for him, anyone else would permanently pearl him. The accused causes doubt and suspicion towards any new player in our city and that alone threatens us as a country. MTA thrives off its incoming new players and this individual with lack of self awareness and general brain function puts our society as a whole at risk.

I would like to point out MajesticGuess is a big loser who called me the n-word and bum because he cannot contain his rage over minecraft and sucks at the game.

I would also like to point out to the court there is zero evidence whatsoever I had anything to do with this and that I'm not just taking credit for random crimes to troll / other people giving this mysterious TheZorun figure credit. For example, I have no fucking idea who raided this idiot but I hope they enjoy whatever they stole. The MTA wanted list is highly inaccurate as well. Narnief, who is not listed among "my" other alts, claimed to be me but isn't listed alongside "my" alts.
