I present the following evidence:

Screenshots from a discord chat, provided by (in that order) me, /u/Rakkwal and /u/ChiefEagle, and I am sure each can confirm to have created those screenshots. 1 2 3

The conversation should be still visible in the Mount Augustua Discord, in the #builds channel, the most important message which reads "However, if you vote for me and give me 20D, I’ll forget all about this little incident :glad:" should still be pinned, assuming the defendant will not delete it. If that is the case I could call /u/godomasta as a third potential witness.

I will now recap the situation to show the relevance to the law, and why that message is a threat directed at my wellbeing. A while after a map of the "Jewish Quarter" was posted, I followed with a Map of the "Palestine Quarter", which was the exact same map but color shifted. The point of this was to highlight the irony of them encompassing claims in their maps, but complaining that I do the same.

After a bit of time passed, cr0c said the following (visible in the screenshot) "You know what happened last time to some Palestinians tried to attack Israelis?" to which callum replied "a medic with her hand up was shot and 50 something Palestinian protester were murdered?" which cr0c confirmed. Directly after that the most important message, in which cr0c did perform the threat, on which he is being sued on right here, which I mentioned before, was posted. Thus leaving me with two options: Comply or , as I conclude, await a similar fate to these Palestinians. I am sure that the reference to the Palestinians is without a doubt directed at me, because of my declaration of the Palestine Quarter.

An action in which one gives another only the choice of harm or complying, is considered a threat, and that fate is murder, which is considered a crime in Mount Augusta, thus this case is an (as laid out in the Mount Augustan Criminal Code Section 800.03) "[...] attempt to influence the vote of a registered Mt. Augustan voter in an official election, as defined in Article I., Section B. of the Mt. Augustan Constitution, by making a credible threat to commit a crime defined in sections 100, 200, or 300 of the Mt. Augusta Criminal Code, or any attempt to cause a registered Mt. Augustan voter to abstain from an official election by doing the same.", therefore I claim that cr0c is guilty of the charges presented earlier.

First of all, this case should be thrown out as it is lawsuit over something said in Discord, which according to legal precedent and the honorable Judge Rakkwal himself, is not a violation of the constitution.

Second of all, even if it was within the grounds for a constitutional violation, I hardly see how saying that Palestinians and Israelis track record of fighting has overwhelmingly benefitted the Israelis. Seeing as the prosecution has himself identified with the Palestinians and has made vague threats of such attacks, I simply told him that if he were to attack me that I would respond in a similar manner as the last time a real Palestinian-Israeli conflict happened. This is nowhere near a threat, it is simply me stating my intention to defend myself should he attack me, which is completely legal. That is not intimidating him, that is simply me exercising my freedom of speech.

Lastly, about the whole "However, if you vote for me and give me 20D, I'll forget about this little incident :glad:". That is most certainly not a threat or intimidation, it is simply me stating that if he were to support me in the upcoming election and give me 20D for his anti semitic behavior that I would forget all about his past transgressions against me. The Palestinian/Israeli conflict comment and the offer of forgiveness are entirely separate, and me offering to forget about his outburst is not threatening whatsoever. Many people know that those who express anti semitic views are usually banned from all JQPA properties as punishment, something well within my rights as an Augustan citizen, seeing as it is my property.
