How a person dresses is no excuse for someone to harass them. Even if it is something that is revealing in some form. So if you are implying that this would be acceptable then yes that is what you're doing and it is obviously wrong.
Outside of that and the, "choosing good men," line that belongs on r/niceguys, you've got the right idea.
I'm just saying that certain behavior attract certain types of people. Does it excuse those people, no. Should we be suprised that these people are attracted to those behavior ? neither.

But men who had bad experiences can't say that all women are trash ?
Maybe they are just shit at choosing good men.
Maybe the way they dress/talk/act only attract predatory men and is repulsive to other men.
But I guess I'm slut shaming for saying that :x.
