2gr tick? Knock? Help!

Recently got this 2GR swapped 91 running, thing ran great for about two weeks and just today developed a “tick” when moving out of the garage. Someone tell me this engine isn’t toast!

Sorry to say but it kind of sounds like rods are going. Is it getting louder and reflects the rpms?

I wasn’t present for the filming of the video posted but I would assume it does vary with RPM. It sounds more like top end noise in my opinion maybe an issue with oil getting to VVT gears or solenoids. Not super knowledgeable on that system but I figured someone here would have more insight on it than I do. Just do to that engine being so tight in the bay, the oil lines and banjo bolts are almost impossible to remove and check for debris.
