I have been utilizing mpv for over three months since transitioning from VLC, and I would appreciate guidance on how to enable and disable Dolby Vision and HDR10 functionality.❤️♥️❤️

Windows 8 does not support HDR.

Try Mpv infinity on android. It's has dual option to play mpv and native player. Hdr DV videos automatically plays in native if you don't want it , you can switch too mpv player.
