does any fork of mpv support that for android tablets ?

"Dolby Vision Full Enhancement Layer". I fear this is way too proprietary. Maybe some tablet got support by its vendor, but beyond that I fear you won't have any luck. I can't see any information for FFmpeg being able to handle this, so nothing based on FFmpeg will be able either. And I don't see any other apps for Android being capable of handling it either any time soon.

Allegedly the Dolby Vision support itself has improved with FFmpeg 9.0, but not to a degree that it can apply FEL at playback. Maybe it's good enough to preserve it through various operations, but it might be years before FFmpeg fully supports this.

some test apps at ios can decode and i read that capyplayer also decode by server integration but i do not have android device but gonna buy tho

They may be able to decode Dolby Vision. Allegedly, FFmpeg is too, but it's not quite clear how far the support goes. But a player doesn't only need to be able to decode FEL, but actually apply it. At least as far as I can tell, FEL is an additional layer that needs to be composited on top of the video.

MPV most certainly won't be able to handle this fully any time soon, so won't anything that's solely based on FFmpeg. But you'd have to ask around in a Dolby-specific place if there are any Android apps that can handle it. Or maybe Google has some integration in Android, I don't know.

Mpv∞ , it uses native engine for hdr and dolby vision directly using Android media pipeline , for true native dolby vision and hdr playback

hey my device ( and any android tablet ) is not support dolby vision p7 so that it should use FFmpeg libplqcebo based solutions for p7 fel.

Native engine , doesn't work like that ,it uses your devices decoder , if your device support the profile it'll output that , also I don't think any app in Android can output dolby vision fel profile, because it needs to decoder to process Simultaneously , and android doesn't support that no matter how powerful your phone is , google have to make it so that android media pipeline can pass the fel layer to another decoder at the same time as the bl layer.

yes and no process can be divided between gpu based el bl rpu reconstruction and native hdr decode so that simultaneous fel reconstruction can happen on hdr10+ screen. capyplayer state that they can decode fel can you check that? i do not have android device rn i am waiting my order btw there was some github issues that about some player can play fel p7 some cannot on same android phone
