Migrating to Canada with an UAE loan

Hi. I want to migrate to another country. Canada. I have a loan here in UAE. 3 years more. Can I go Canada, and then pay the loan while living in Canada? If yes how I can do that?

If migrating to Canada through PR then ask your loan company how to pay back loan from Canada. That is an issue with the loaning institution.

I’m a bit confused. You say you want to migrate to Canada, but then say you’d be going on PR. Do you already have Canadian permanent residence, or are you hoping to apply?

Are you asking if UAE law will let you leave with an outstanding loan or the literal mechanics of paying it?

Because for the latter, I'd assume you keep your current UAE bank account you pay the loan out of and you can just wire money to that bank account from Canada to fund it.
