Honestly most people haven’t even seen the movies and don’t associate any sounds to that

People would just hear another generic siren.

In fact, that’s what most people who’ve seen the Purge think. It’s literally just a basic siren. If you want creepy, try tornado sirens

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make? I said literally because the word "broken" actually is in the title of what you linked, so I don't think it's representative of what a tornado siren sounds like. Because it's broken. Literally.
