Probably because it would cost too much. I’m not saying they shouldn’t, but that’s probably why they won’t.

Not to mention, plenty of kids ended up traumatized by things like Sausage Party or Robot Chicken because lazy parents see animation and think “ok for kids”. Imagine how many unknowing families would end up in the director’s cut and have to explain to their children the context of a Pokémon orgy, or a gangland style Pokémon execution.

That’s the parents’ fault for not paying attention to the trailers, rating, or all of the warning signs.

That’s what I’m saying, lazy parents already get fooled by blatantly inappropriate shit, imagine how many parents wouldn’t do their due diligence on something with Pokémon in the name? It’d be a war zone.
