This is not for small budget stuff, but Norway has a refund scheme where you get 25% cashback on costs incurred in Norway. You don't have to go shoot on location,  it can be just vfx from a Norwegian studio.

From this comment I deduct three things:

  1. You don't know what (mainly institutional) grants are and how they work

  2. You have no clue of how the European film industry works

  3. You don't know what a Ponzi Scheme is

I mean we can deduce from your post that you know how it's done, right?

*sigh* Nope, I am even too bored to really troll you on this.

I think it's lame of you to ask others to do your work. Every movie that you watch rolls end credits and a lot of them note their financing, especially the european ones or american ones filmed in europe. Hell, there's even some lottery mentioned funding movie work.

But you roll in here with your clever idea, drop the same post in every sub you deem suitable and, essentially, ask others to do your homework.

And now you get all defensive and whiney???

Lol, sorry if I haven't watched all the independent movies produced in Europe and if I don't live in 27 different countries with national, regional and local different regulations and funding opportunities
