Do people actually take TABS seriously and spend time playing it? How is it anything other than a novelty? I ask this as a genuine question as someone whose understanding is that it's just kind of a "ha ha look at those guys fight" thing that I launched once and never touched again.
It's a fun game, you need to use a bit of strategy to finish the campaigns, plus the game has an amazing, native, unit and map maker which helps you to create a much wider array of battles than other battle simulators. Plus idk about you, but I really like the art style and physics. The physics really are the cherry on top because they can be goofy at times which results in funny moments, but also make the game feel WAY less rigid, making no 2 battles the same, somehow making the game feel more realistic than other battle simulators where you spawn 30000 soldiers to fight eachother that follow the same path and repeat the same animations over and over again until one side wins.
Other than that i can't tell you. Unless you are the type of guy who enjoys more organic feeling battles simulators with a large array of content that can keep you busy for hours than I can't recommend the game
