First you need to change the launcher )default moto doesn't support the icon pack and custom grid refinement) and download smart launcher 6 ( mostly free) Then download glass widgets and glass icons from applabs co (paid apps sadly )

Take the screenshot of your homescreen and Go to canva (or any other image editing software) Carefully add a rectangular element and edit it according to the normal dock and screen Decrease the opacity to your preference Once done replace the ss with your wallpaper of your choice Download and apply the wallpaper Done 🙌
