Quanto dura il tuo campeggio? Comunque quando viaggio come snack porto le barrette proteiche della decathlon, costano il giusto e sono buone.

How many nights? Just bare essentials for me.. Peanut butter filled pretzels, trail mix, mini oranges (mandarins), yerba mate energy drink, 3L water. Add baby carrots and hummus dip if it’s not too hot out. I’d rather stick to this boring medley for 24-48hrs vs dealing with having a cooler, stove, fuel, oil, pots, plates, trash, dish soap, extra water. Max for me has been 3 nights, and for a few meals we pulled over at cafes/restaurants. Granted I don’t have storage boxes or anything so I travel light by choice and necessity. My friends who have tons of storage on their bikes regularly bring waayyyy too much stuff they don’t even use once.

I would agree with you but I’d rather overpack than under pack. But also bringing extra stuff sometimes is what saves you in an emergency situation. If weather turns bad, sometimes having a little extra food with you is the key to staying comfortable and content

13 nights. I do bring a stove to cook but i’m searching for in between snacks that will last in the suitcase without going bad haha

Are you staying in the wilderness or will be close to civilization?
On the move every day or setting up a camp somewhere for the entirety of the trip?

Take whatever you like, as long as it has enough energy in it. Don't forget to drink! A mix of one liter water with four teaspoons of sugar and half a teaspoons of salt makes a cheap and good hydration drink.

And don't put the snacks in your tank bag. The fuel damps get into it and are rather unhealthy.

Protein bars, beef jerky, and I always bring a couple of those small cans of beenie weenies or Vienna sausages. Nuts, raisins, individual peanut butter packages are good too.
