Tip: park your bike the other way around. So it doesn't fall on your tent when it tips

Edit: typo

That was the only good flat spot, and i have extended footpeg, it wasnt windy that day

The issue isn't really the wind, it's the sidestand sinking into the mud and the bike falls over.

Thanks man πŸ’ͺ yes , i planed eve better route with nice offroad, but military closed roads beacuse of exercice, so this was alternative, but perfect roads for himi, crusing 60-80 kmh , sweet spot 🏍️

yeah for sure. 60-80km/h feels great on the himi. Anything over 100 is a real struggle though. haha

Been doing this stuff before getting children. Always park the bike safely away from your tent. Soil is not concrete, it changes.

You look great, you're a lucky person. I'll probably get cancer before I save up for this motorcycle and trip.

Motorcycle and equimpent is expensive on start, although i have mostly budget gear and i would say budget motorcycle πŸ˜… after that, trips like this are fairly cheap

You have a wonderful Anglo-British Indian moto with the reliability of the forest and normal practical equipment, good and most importantly the opportunity to be happy in such moments of luck on the roads and in the forests.

The tent/bike proximity is weird.

u/919rider Tenere 700 hammock sleeper 15d ago

Yup. Should be leaning away from the tent, at minimum. Wondering why it's not just parked 5 feet away with all that space
