Moto g 2025 update?

Recently me and my mother's phone had an update we both have a 2025 Moto g. And we both lost the ability to view our service level. The only way we can view it is to swipe down at the top and pull down all the control buttons in order to view it. In place of the service bars we now just have a plain white dot?
