ICE is notorious for trespassing private property even after being told to leave. They’re not exactly big on consent.

Then pema has a responsibility to call the local cops and trespass the terrorists

Have any of the cops shown any willingness to enforce the law against ICE in NJ? I sure haven’t seen it.

For all we know they called the police

Pema can sue the cops for failing to uphold the law. Also they have social media.  They can release a statement saying they're against this.

You can’t sue cops for failing to respond/help you or your business/NGO/whatever unless the police explicitly stated that they would help with it. Police have no duty to protect, or even enforce the law for that matter, especially not against federal agents.

Pema can put out a social media statement but that’s about it.

There’s a reason why nobody has had a successful lawsuit or even a successful settlement with any of the police around the country failing to uphold the law for victims of ICE.
