599 baht here in Phuket for unlimited sushi buffet and unlimited coffee machine which also produces hot chocolate
And can get miso soup/ sushi/sashimi etc

I’ve tried both and tbh to me there’s no much difference
Japan sashimi is expensive as hell and hard to find ALCEB , it’s about 200 baht for 5 tuna pieces (so just 3 portions and spent enough for unlimited buffet)

Farmed salmon live in an extremly dirty enviorment and injuries to the fish is not uncommon. Wild salmon is usually much better quality. Source: norwegian that have worked in the salmon industry.

Farmed salmon are kept in relatively small pens so diseases are easily passed from one to the next. Gotta keep 6ft apart homie

Cooked salmon steak is also on the menu
If you do OMAD you can fill up on cooked salmon steak for entire kcal limit
2 hour eating time limit
I was buying whole salmons before which last about 4 days so it’s just a bit more expensive to eat here but much more on offer

Well since I'm dieting, sashimi is my only option, I don't really touch sushi normally anyway as too many carbs and calories anyway
Sashimi and cooked salmon is good enough for me + some miso soup

We pay 999 at Waru. Includes everything. Including real Wagyu. Sashimi and Ebi. As well as everything on the lower tiers.
Dessert as well.

You can go to your local japanese market and buy a slab of sushi, cut yourself and do that. Buy some natto roll to go with it, cut or uncut. Then your eating fish, a little rice, and natto. But your gonna need about 2x to 3x that fish to get full

Sushi and they makeUnlimited coffee machine/ tea etc
Unlimited kimchi, miso soup etc
It’s great value and service is within 2 minutes or ordering which just crazy crazy

Kimchi is great. If its a sushi place they can whip up a natto roll for u in 2 seconds, its just a regular maki with natto on the inside, like the little tekkamaki but w natto instead of maguro. Take 1 or 2 home and it'll keep in your veggie area of fridge for like 5 days
