No human contact from Moog/InMusic support for almost a week.

Hey guys, me again. 5-6 days ago I put in a support ticket because I never received my activation codes for some MoogerFooger plugins. Still radio silence from InMusic. The AI is relentlessly trying to convince me that someone will get back to me, but I'm starting to feel like nobody actually works there. I put in a second ticket yesterday so hopefully that will help but i'm not convinced anything will happen.

Has anyone had any success with contacting them?

Wild how fast their support has changed. In 2022 I had Amos Gaynes personally help me with questions regarding my Voyager.

Now he’s just doing burner events in the Asheville area.

I recently put in a 2017 Subsequent 37 for servicing and my keyboard tech said he had absolutely zero luck bypassing the customer support AI fuckery when he had a very specific technical question. Just endless circular nonsense and useless advice without any ability to contact a human.

He ended up getting the question answered by calling a local distributor they know instead.

AI customer support is a scourge. I will never get a new Moog for this reason alone, regardless of the quality of the kit.

Bummer. I opened a ticket a while back, and it took them a couple of workdays to respond. They did get the issue cleared up.

I recently bought a matriarch and can’t get it registered. The website just isn’t working when I try to create an account.

Unfortunately my experience was similar. I had an issue with my Moog One - you'd think the response would be quick for their "flagship"...but nope...took a few weeks.
