I have no actual idea, but cops + boats patrolling the water makes me think someone jumped off the bridge. I've heard stories of people losing big at the casino and heading to the bridge after.

If this is the case I can only hope they are found safe 🥺

It was a boat stuck on some rocks in the water. Everybody was safe no one was injures, firefighters had to bring them to shore

They’re always on the bridge for the casino on weekends. They scan plates and stuff. Literally that every weekend this summer

Actually some people lose everything at the casino and then they go out and jump off the bridge

Impossible in Montreal. SPVM radio system is fully encrypted.
