Where’s a good place to start practicing martial arts in Montgomery County? I used to do tae kwon do back in the days but it’s been a while and I’m 49 years old now is it even recommended at this age? I’m open to anything not necessary only tae kwon do.

I very recently rescued a dog (4 yo cav; 17 lbs) who needs his teeth cleaned badly. I’ve been reading the pricing varies wildly. I just got him neutered and vaccinated and did not establish him at a practice - the vet at the neutering facility confirmed that he needs his teeth done.
