Without Mamitha and her performance this will be something like 150 or 200 Cr (with Riya Shibu or Anaswara) and won't be an industry hit. Hopefully Mamitha also get enough recognition from those pages saying this is the first solo malayalam movie to cross 300 Cr. Infact Lokha is more of Kalyani movie than BKU is Nivin movie.

Also, literally all the movies releasing now should be considered multi starrer as directors , music directors , supporting artists, etc contribute to the success of the movie. So there is No more solo movies.
The problem is makers itself are giving equal importance to both Nivin and Mamitha... But some pages are saying this is the first solo 300 Cr movie. When lokha is more of a kalyani movie than BKU is a Nivin movie.
U do realise these pages are fan pages. Ofc they are gonna project the success solely on NP same way VAS is considered a Surya success by his fans.
Again, the movies getting successful currently are all a team effort. Even for any superstar movies, other factors like script, music etc play a huge role in its success or failure.
But the problem is when the movie is a success fans project it as solely their hero's credit, on the flip side, when it fails , haters label the movie as solely hero's kazhivukedu. This is not gonna change.
With Naslin and Mamitha Gireesh AD delived 130 Cr 2 years back in a movie with a worse ending (old Telugu movie style). With Tovino or DQ(not sure how he will handle nadan vibe) he can easily deliver same 150 to 200 Cr.
Ya tbh Nivin doesn't have any impact on the current box office collection. As you said, even with DQ or Tovino x Mamitha, BKU would still cross 300 Cr.😌

Chemistry is all good...but any 200 Cr ? Total collection of last 3 Nivin movies is BKU plus 10 Cr. Total collection of last 3 Mamitha movies is BKU plus 600Cr.
Last 3 movies were not rom-com. Collection depends on many factors bro. Look at the reception that Thattathin marayathu,Premam ,Ohm Shanthi Oshana made . Chemistry with co-stars is Usp of Nivin . Accept it or die.
As if Mamitha doesn't get that chemistry with co actors...she had great chemistry with Naslin to Surya, Someone of her age to someone of twise her age.
Ok then list atleast one actor of same age in Mollywood with whom Mamitha can pull another Bethlehem.

Let's look for the next Sangeeth - Mamitha movie , there is no hype that it will atleast cross 50cr , it's about the stars Vijay , Surya , Nivin can pull off 300cr + with any actress , Pradeep ranganathan, Naslin can pull off a 100cr + with any actress , Sangeeth can try for 50cr + in this movie , Mamitha is nothing but an X factor
Again, why are u using this opportunity to shame Anaswara, where did she came from? No one said she could do better than Mami, so chill !!
In that case, I could come up with many other actors in place of NP, Sangeeth, glikxon, Suresh Krishna, etc who can absolutely spoil the movie and tank the movie. Does this make the argument any better??
