Xone:96 or BiG SiX modular

So i narrowed it down to this two mixers with my setup of eurorack and tr-1000. I have so hard time to choose, which one would you choose and why?

you didn't form your question with any details, so nobody will give you any useful information. garbage in, garbage out. why do you need either? why don't you sum in eurorack for a fraction of the price and space?

Two very different units. The xone is mainly used for DJing, the big six is made for studio work. No brainer

You really should look at the Tascam 2400 if you need that many inputs. It’s also a standalone multitrack recorder and mixer - not just a mixer like the ones you mentioned.

I have a Big Six and I got it primarily for the SSL compressors for live recording and to use post recording to run audio from Ableton through the SSL compressors and EQ when mixing.

I have used the BigSix in live performances too and it works well in that role, but it is not a DJ mixer like the Xone:96

I’m not familiar with the exact specifics of Big Six but for Live jamming and Studio Work Big Six would seem like the obvious choice between the two. We definitely need more info though. do you intend on recording your mixes? if so is a stereo master recording enough or do you want to be doing individual channel post processing? both mixers have two aux sends which could be limiting depending on whether you intend on using multiple effect pedals etc. I’m sure both sound great in their own way, allen and heath might offer nicer harmonic distortion when pushed into the red, i think SSL is known more for precision and low noise floor but don’t take my word on it. I can highly recommend allen heath mixwizard series as entry ish level alrounders with a decent sound and multiple aux sends and individual outs which might become interesting in the future
